Schedule: Full-Time | Field Based
Pay Range: $55,000–$65,000 per year

- Perform general facility maintenance including painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, and light carpentry
- Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance issues, and repair needs
- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Manage service requests and vendor dispatch using Corrigo or similar maintenance management software
- Coordinate and oversee vendor work for HVAC, landscaping, cleaning services, and specialty repairs
- Track maintenance expenses and support adherence to established budgets
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are maintained in safe working condition
- Support new center openings, renovations, transitions, and special facility projects
- Travel between assigned centers across Palm Beach and Broward County as required
- Five or more years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or skilled trades
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building operations
- Technical training or building maintenance certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Flexibility to support occasional nights, weekends, or overnight travel as needed
