About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing lab specimens.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and support operations.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient care excellence.
