The Michael Friel State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed Customer Relations Representative with prior State Farm agency experience to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who excels at supporting existing clients, delivering accurate and timely service, and confidently pivoting to in-book sales conversations when appropriate. If you take pride in relationship management, attention to detail, and providing a best-in-class customer experience, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
You will play a key role in client retention, coverage education, and agency growth by ensuring policyholders are properly protected while identifying meaningful opportunities to enhance their coverage.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, providing prompt, professional service
- Answer policy questions and clearly explain coverage, billing, and account details
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and service requests
- Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
- Conduct policy reviews and identify in-book sales opportunities aligned with client needs
- Collaborate remotely with the agency team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health preferred)
- Prior State Farm agency experience required
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
- Ability to naturally pivot from service to sales using a needs-based approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts remotely
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work style
