We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate must have experience in the construction field/HVAC Plumbing and Heating with Blueprint experience.

Job Description:

Prepare contracts/proposals for high profile customers.
Act as liaison and the first point of communication with suppliers/manufactures.
Work directly with the NYC Department of Buildings to pull necessary permits and ensure company compliance.
Manage and oversee a team of technicians, dispatching to service calls, scheduling major repairs.
Conduct walkthroughs with engineers for boiler/burner replacement bids.
Perform site inspections if capable, "there will be training to run inspections".

Qualifications:

Good office skills in a fast paced environment. Word, Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks
Excellent communication/phone skills.
A mechanical background would be a plus as applicant may be asked to go to jobsites / perform site inspections if capable. There will be training provided.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
