Role Overview
As a Junior Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating interest and setting qualified appointments with homeowners for solar and energy consultations. This is a field-based, entry-level sales role designed to train you into a full Energy Consultant position.
You will work directly with experienced leaders, follow proven scripts, and operate within a structured daily schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Educate homeowners on solar and energy-saving options
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for senior consultants
- Follow company sales scripts and field processes
- Track activity and performance in company CRM
- Attend daily training, coaching, and team meetings
- Maintain professionalism and represent the Housebuildr brand
