Job Summary: 

R & R Breakfast Spot is looking for a restaurant busser for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers, food runners and hosts, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·          Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean and 
            inviting environment for new diners. 
·          Assisting Waitstaff: Support servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and responding to customer needs as required. 
·          Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, wiping down tables and 
           menus, and ensuring that all dining utensils are clean and well-stocked. 
·          Restocking Supplies: Replenish condiments, napkins, and other essential items at service stations to 
           ensure smooth operations. 
·          Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests and assisting them 
           with any requests.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
·          Communicate effectively orally and in writing. 
·          Manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
·          Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.
·          Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
·          A keen eye for cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant dining experience
 

Education and Experience:

·          1 year of fast-paced restaurant experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

·          Prolonged periods of standing.
·          Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
