Full-Time Groundskeeper & Janitorial Technician
Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper and Janitorial Technician to support exterior grounds and interior cleaning needs in East Boca Raton.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general groundskeeping duties (trash pickup, light landscaping, exterior upkeep)
- Handle janitorial cleaning of common areas and facilities
- Identify issues and report maintenance concerns
- Represent the company professionally on site
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, consistent, and hard-working
- Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working independently
- Lives within a reasonable commute
Requirements
- W-2 employee
- Reliable transportation required
- Background check required
- Prior janitorial or groundskeeping experience preferred, not required

Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
