Responsibilities:
- Operate, drive and run screw on asphalt paver machinery to lay down asphalt on commercial projects.
- Ensure proper material distribution and thickness for optimal pavement quality.
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust paving operations accordingly.
- Follow project specifications and adhere to safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator minimum 5 years driving and running screw at the same time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
