About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst on a contract basis to support our clients work order management and data review activities. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for analyzing information from multiple electronic sources and determining whether work orders can be accurately and appropriately closed within the Hexagon system.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for analyzing information from multiple electronic sources and determining whether work orders can be accurately and appropriately closed within the Hexagon system.
What You'll Do
- Review, validate, and close work orders in the Hexagon Work Order Management System.
- Analyze and compare data from multiple electronic sources to determine work order status.
- Use spreadsheets to track and report lead work and activity metrics.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and documentation.
- Utilize company tools and systems, including Hexagon, GIS, Google Workspace, and other electronic applications.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as COUNTIF, SUMIF, and similar functions.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Hexagon Work Order Management System (preferred, not required).
- ESRI / GIS experience is a plus.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $30.00 per hour
