ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacquelyn Jacobson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Offer and sell new products to customers based off needs-based conversation.
- Set appointments, market, and follow up with leads.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- NY Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- NY Life, Accident & Health license (must be able to obtain).
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
