New Full-Time Rehabilitation Aide Position Available
Position Overview:
The Physical Therapy Technician plays a critical role in supporting patient care and clinic efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient orthopedic practice. This position ensures smooth patient flow, assists with therapeutic exercise programs, and helps maintain an organized and professional clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Assist Physical Therapists, Occupation Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Occupational Therapy Assistants with supervising therapeutic exercise programs
- Guide multiple patients through prescribed exercises while ensuring safety and proper technique
- Prepare treatment areas quickly and efficiently between patients
- Clean and sanitize equipment promptly to maintain patient flow
- Set up and break down modalities under therapist supervision (in accordance with state regulations)
- Monitor gym floor activity and communicate patient needs or concerns to therapists immediately
Patient Flow & Efficiency
- Help maintain timely treatment schedules in a high-volume environment
- Proactively anticipate therapist needs during busy periods
- Keep equipment organized and readily accessible
- Support front desk staff during peak times as needed
Patient Experience
- Greet patients and create a positive, high-energy clinic atmosphere
- Provide motivation and accountability during exercise sessions
- Reinforce consistency and adherence to therapy programs
