Position Summary
Liberty Trail RV is looking for a dependable RV Lot Porter to support our Service Department and keep our lot clean, organized, and safe. This role is responsible for moving RVs in and out of service bays, assisting with general lot upkeep, and helping with miscellaneous tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and can work independently while supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Move RVs (motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, etc.) in and out of service bays and staging areas
- Park and position RVs on the lot in a safe, organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the lot (trash pickup, sweeping, basic upkeep)
- Assist with basic lot maintenance tasks (light cleaning, minor repairs, seasonal work as needed)
- Ensure RVs are secured properly (chocks, jacks, hitches, keys, etc.)
- Support technicians and service advisors with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers (experience preferred, will train the right person)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- RV/dealership/lot experience is a plus, but not required
