We are looking for a Sign Production Specialist who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will:
- Produce high-quality signs and graphics by following work orders and layouts
- Apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics to a variety of substrates
- Prepare materials for production, including cutting, laminating, cleaning, mounting, and painting
- Operate and maintain wide-format printers and production equipment (UV flatbed, latex printers, routers, cutters, and laser engravers)
- Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and finish
- Complete finishing work such as laminating, trimming, mounting, and packaging
- Keep production and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with indoor and outdoor sign installations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in sign production, graphics, or a related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round when required
