- Provide on-call classroom coverage in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
- Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson plans provided by the classroom team
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at all times
- Supervise children continuously to ensure safety
- Support daily care routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest, and transitions
- Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior support strategies
- Communicate professionally with staff and leadership
- Follow all state licensing regulations, health, and safety procedures
- Assist with classroom organization and cleanliness as needed
- At least 3 years of experience working with children in a childcare, school, or early learning setting

High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work with multiple age groups
- Flexible availability and reliable attendance
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Calm, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet all state and center background clearance requirements
