HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Troubleshoot system issues and complete repairs accurately
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance
- Recommend system repairs or replacements when appropriate
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work using dispatching software
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience (service-focused, not maintenance-only)
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working directly with residential customers

Compensation & Benefits

$23-$30/hour, based on experience

10% commission on service tickets

2% commission on equipment sales
