Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a brief, scheduled home visit to administer insulin injections. This role is ideal for a dependable LVN looking for flexible, short-duration visits.

Responsibilities

Administer insulin injection as prescribed 3x a day (7am, 11am and 7pm)
Follow proper medication administration and safety protocols
Monitor and document patient response
Communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate party
Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

Active LVN license in good standing
Experience with insulin administration
Current CPR/BLS certification
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
