Position Overview
We are a growing residential window replacement company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to schedule installations, manage warranty fulfillment, and maintain clerical records. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly, internal record-keeping is precise, and homeowners receive an excellent experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with customers and internal teams, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate residential window replacement projects from contract through final installation
• Schedule installations, inspections, and service calls
• Order windows and related materials; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with homeowners regarding timelines, scheduling, and updates
• Review contracts, measurements, and job details for accuracy
• Maintain accurate project records in CRM and production software
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, material, or installation issues
• Assist with permits, inspections, and warranty documentation as needed
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or construction administration (residential preferred)
• Experience in window replacement, roofing, siding, or home improvement is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Customer-service focused with a professional demeanor
