Rolling Suds is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with pressure washing experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise pressure washing crews
Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently
Train team members
Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites
Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

Available Monday through Friday

Previous pressure washing and/or soft washing experience required
Leadership or crew management experience required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights when required
Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day
Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts is a plus
