Location: Timnath Colorado
Schedule: Monday through Friday full time with no weekends
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages one to three
- Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
- Follow daily classroom routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate consistently with families to build trusting relationships
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
- Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.
- Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required
- Experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred
- Patient, reliable, and attentive to safety and routines
- Passionate about early childhood development and responsive caregiving
- No nights or weekends
