Get ready for a career where you can build relationships with clients and work with a team that is pulling in the same direction! With offices in New Boston & Canton, we are looking for positive a Sales-Oriented Team Leader!
This position requires servant leadership and experience achieving production and service targets. Your core responsibilities will be to help guide and support our Personal Lines Team by:
- Tracking and driving quality premium growth
- Onboarding clients and building upon referral networks
- Handling claims service, tracking billing issues, and ensuring that the team has balanced support in their daily pursuits!
- Field Inspection of new and existing business
- Completing and scheduling Client reviews
- Ensuring Social Media, Marketing and Customer Communication campaigns are executed and effective.
Qualifications
- Have a Property/ Casualty & Life/ Health Insurance Licenses for the State of Michigan.
- Bachelor's / Associate's Degree is preferred and/or related work experience.
- Experience leading a team and achieving production, profitability and client retention goals.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent math and reading skills to perform calculations.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, with the ability to continually learn new software and applications.
- Ability to work alongside teammates to achieve professional, personal and financial goals.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
