About our Agency:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level. That journey shaped how I lead today: I value initiative, accountability, teamwork, and giving people the opportunity to grow and be heard.

I’m a graduate of Ole Miss, and I bring a practical, people-first leadership style into the office. Our culture is supportive, flexible, and collaborative, with a strong belief that the best ideas can come from anyone on the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
  • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
  • Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
