What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Identify interest in solar (no technical selling)
- Qualify homes and decision-makers
- Schedule appointments for senior closers
- Track activity and results in CRM
- Follow Housebuildr systems and scripts exactly
You are responsible for activity → appointments → production.

- Script-based onboarding
- Daily roleplay & field coaching
- Proven talk tracks (you don’t freestyle)
- Leadership oversight and accountability
