Allstate Insurance Agency – Gemmarie Mitsui is seeking a licensed Sales Professional who values both production and professionalism.
This is a structured remote position with clear expectations and measurable standards. We are building a disciplined, growth-focused agency that prioritizes ethical selling, long-term client relationships, and consistent performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected
- Identify cross-sell opportunities (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life) based on client needs
- Maintain an organized and consistent sales pipeline
- Meet activity benchmarks and follow-up standards
- Follow underwriting, compliance, and documentation requirements

- 20 VC per month (employment minimum)
- 25+ VC per month (expected performance standard)
- 30+ VC = high performer tier
Performance is reviewed monthly. This position is best suited for individuals who are comfortable being evaluated based on measurable results while maintaining professional integrity.

- Uncapped commission
- Monthly performance bonuses beginning at 25 VC
- Increased bonus opportunities at higher production tiers

- Active Washington State Property & Casualty License (required)
- Washington State residency (required)
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound activity
- Self-disciplined and productive in a remote environment
- Bilingual ability (any language) is a strong plus
