Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer basic questions about the community and amenities
- Direct prospects to the leasing team for tours and follow-up
- Assist with front office presentation, refreshments, and lobby cleanliness
- Help prepare materials for leasing appointments and events
- Maintain a daily log of foot traffic and visitor interactions
- Support resident engagement initiatives and community events as needed
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly, and dependable with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience a plus
Schedule: Part-time hours including some weekends. Must be available to work during peak leasing times and special events.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
