Seeking a Director of Customer Service to lead customer experience initiatives and oversee service operations. The role supports team coordination, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily customer service operations.
- Train and support team members to achieve service standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate communication between team members and customers.
- Assist with policy inquiries, billing coordination, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and support team development.
- Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA.
- Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
