About the Role:

Join the OM Group Wingstop team as a QSR Wingstop Cook in Brooklyn Park, MN! This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment, serving up delicious wings and sides that keep our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to Wingstop standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to deliver perfectly cooked wings and sides.
Participate in daily kitchen prep and setup to ensure smooth service.
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste.
Embrace a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or QSR environment preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
