Position Overview

We are seeking both experienced installation crews and motivated individuals looking to grow into a skilled trade to support our expanding outdoor living division.

Our team installs high-end motorized screen shade systems, custom pergola integrations, and specialty exterior products for luxury residential clients. These projects require precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.

We offer two paths:

  • Experienced Crews – Immediate project ownership and high earning potential 
  • Trainable Installers – Hands-on training with a path to leading your own crew 
Compensation & Opportunity

  • Crew earning potential up to $250,000+ annually
  •  Consistent, year-round project flow 
  •  High-value, pre-sold installations

Responsibilities

For Installation Crews

  •  Complete projects from start to finish with high attention to detail 
  •  Install motorized screen shades, pergola systems, and exterior enclosures 
  •  Connect, program, and test all motorized components 
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field 
  •  Install custom build-outs as needed for proper system function 
  •  Install cedar fixed screens and aluminum extruded screens 
  • Any callbacks within 90 days must be completed within 30 days or less
  •  Maintain high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction 
For Trainable Installers

  •  Assist with installation of motorized screen shade systems 
  •  Learn measuring, mounting, wiring, and programming 
  •  Support installation of outdoor structures and custom components 
  •  Maintain clean and professional job sites 
  •  Develop skills to transition into a lead installer role 
Qualifications

Experienced Crews

  •  Proven experience with screens, shades, pergolas, or similar systems 
  •  Ability to operate independently and manage projects 
  •  Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  •  Experience working in high-end residential environments preferred 
Trainable Candidates

  •  Construction or carpentry experience preferred 
  •  Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
  •  Interest in developing a long-term career in installation 
Requirements (All Applicants)

  •  Valid driver’s license 
  •  Reliable transportation 
  •  Strong attention to detail and workmanship 
  •  Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks 
  • YOU MUST CARE about quality and the finished product
For Crews:

  •  Truck or trailer with roof racks capable of carrying 20’ materials 
  •  Active workers’ compensation insurance 
  •  Professional-grade tools 
Work Environment

  •  Residential job sites (indoor and outdoor)
