What You’ll Do
As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our team and our results. Your focus will include:
- Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets
- Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
- Conducting ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance
- Supporting technicians with on-site challenges and problem-solving
- Delivering ongoing training and development programs
- Fostering a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture
- Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clear communication and operational alignment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
- Proven experience in management and sales leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed
- Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
