ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years working for another State Farm agent, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful office. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending weekends watching sports. I’m also a parent to two kids, ages 8 and 6, so maintaining balance between work and family is something I truly value.

For our team, we offer a 401k with a 3% match, a monthly health stipend, licensing reimbursement after six months, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy team lunches once a month as a way to connect and celebrate wins together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kevin Kelly - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
