The Productions Manager supports the State Farm agent’s office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on production metrics.
- Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
