SHIFT: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 7 PM, and alternate weekends

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and document client health and progress, reporting any changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
  • Administer medications and assist with medical equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families to enhance their well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
