Position Overview:
As an entry-level Account Associate, your primary focus will be reaching out to leads, pivoting insurance products to existing customers to help fill any gaps in coverage, and adapting your approach to meet customer needs. Prior insurance experience is not required!

Key Responsibilities:
- Work personally with incoming leads to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and support agency goals
- Learn about various insurance lines including personal, commercial, and life insurance products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A desire to learn and grow
- We will help you obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (if not already licensed) within the first 60 days
- No prior insurance experience required
