This is a high‑energy, hands‑on role at The Little Gym, where every shift feels like a workout, a performance, and a celebration rolled into one. There are two available shifts: hours are 8:30am-1:30pm (Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday) or 2:30pm-7:30pm (Monday - Friday). Coaches lead action‑packed classes, unforgettable birthday parties, lively camps, and early learning programs that boost kids’ confidence, coordination, and social superpowers. Weekend hours as needed.
You won’t be sitting behind a desk — you’ll be on the floor, moving, laughing, and guiding children through games, skills, music, and structured lesson plans in a supportive, joy‑filled environment. Teamwork is everything here. A great coach brings positive energy, communicates clearly with families, and helps keep the gym clean, safe, and ready for nonstop fun.

What we expect from you…
- 1-3 years of child development, gymnastics or coaching experience required.
- Introduce kids to the Serious Fun of play with a purpose, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Punctual, reliable, honest team member who loves to learn, is trainable and kind to everyone you meet.
