ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Base + uncapped commission + bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES: Find the customer, win them over and retain their business by:
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assisting customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Providing information about insurance products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to follow and successfully execute our follow up process.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective clients including cold calling.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- You believe effort = income.
- Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Must like dogs.
Base pay of $40-45k annually, realistic annual earnings of $60,000–$90,000 for producers who do the work
