Job Description
TAC Auction Services is looking for a dependable, hands-on worker who isn’t afraid to get dirty and takes pride in a job well done. We’re hiring a motivated individual to help keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and ready for auction.
This is a physical, active role—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying busy, and working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Job Duties Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles and equipment
- Jumping off vehicles and assisting drivers as needed
- Moving vehicles and equipment throughout the yard
- Assisting with load-outs and general auction operations
- Performing yard work and lawn maintenance (spring & summer months)
- General shop and yard cleanup
- Other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable around vehicles and equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Previous experience in a yard, automotive, warehouse, or equipment environment is a plus, but not required

Schedule
- Daytime hours with occasional extended hours on auction days
