Northeastern Appliance Service is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. As the exclusive service partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove throughout much of the Hudson Valley, Bronx, Brooklyn, and western Connecticut, we provide our technicians with factory training, premium customers, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on repairs and maintenance
Complete accurate service documentation, maintain company equipment, and safely perform repairs in customers' homes
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience ( we are open to training determined individuals )
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using mobile technology to document repairs and complete work orders
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.
