Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce State Farm products and services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations
- Develop rapport quickly and maintain professional, friendly communication
- Accurately document call outcomes and client information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and appointment targets
- Stay informed about State Farm offerings and industry updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive, winning mindset
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build trust and engage prospects over the phone
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and commitment to upholding State Farm’s values and professionalism
