We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected rehabilitation facility in Wilsonville, OR. This 13-week contract offers excellent pay, consistent hours, and a positive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans
- Monitor patient status and report changes
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active Oregon LPN license
- Rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and professional
