Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives!
As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
- Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
- Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
- We are looking for coachable candidates.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
- Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
