Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Office Assistant to help manage day-to-day front office operations. You’ll answer incoming calls, follow up with customers, schedule jobs, call new leads (including Angi and Thumbtack), and support payment follow-ups/collections—helping keep our calendar full and our customers taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and messages; provide friendly, professional customer support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars
- Call new leads promptly from Angi.com and Thumbtack.com, qualify needs, and book appointments/estimates
- Perform customer follow-ups (estimate follow-up, post-service check-ins, review requests)
- Make collections/payment follow-up calls and document outcomes
- Update customer/job notes in the CRM and keep accurate records
- General office admin support as needed (invoices, job files, routing messages)
Qualifications
Required
- Confident phone skills and comfort making outbound calls (leads + payment follow-ups)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, calendars, CRM systems)
- Professional, calm communication style
Preferred
- Experience in home services (cleaning/restoration/plumbing/HVAC) scheduling or dispatch
- Experience with invoicing, AR, or payment collections
- Familiarity with lead platforms (Angi, Thumbtack) and responding quickly to inquiries

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
