Licensed Financial Services Associate (Series 6)
Winter Park, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

Our high-performing Winter Park office is hiring a Licensed Financial Services Associate (with a Series 6 license) to guide clients with exceptional service, proactive support, and clear, confident education—inside a fast-moving, high-standard environment. Here, excellence isn’t the goal—it’s the baseline. You’ll help clients strengthen their financial foundation, protect what they’re building, and move closer to the dreams and goals that matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Support and service existing clients with account questions, updates, and ongoing financial needs.
- Educate clients on common gaps in their financial plan (based on goals/life changes) and connect them with appropriate solutions.
- Assist with client relationships, follow-ups, documentation, and keeping records accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate closely with the agent to deliver a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish.
- Retirement, Investment, and Education planning
- Open new accounts and expand our client base
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Series 6 license (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services and/or insurance after obtaining your Series 6 (required for interview consideration).
- Background in insurance and/or financial services.
- Clear communicator with a service-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Organized, motivated, and ready to thrive in a high-performance office.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
