I opened my agency in 2020 after spending two decades as a State Farm Executive, bringing with me deep experience in leadership, customer relationships, and driving high-performing teams. Today, our office includes seven team members and continues to grow. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Law Degree, and an MBA, and I’m a proud mom of four boys.
Giving back is a core part of who we are — we’re actively involved in supporting organizations such as Grace of Grapevine, Viola’s House Dallas, and the Esperanza Project.
We offer a strong benefits package that reflects our commitment to taking care of our team, including a $100,000 life insurance policy, a monthly health stipend, a 401(k) with a 4% match, travel bonuses, quarterly bonus opportunities, and an extensive third-party training program for Sales Team Members. Work–life balance is a priority here as well.
Our agency is ranked in the top 3% of all State Farm agencies, and our culture reflects that standard — high-performance, collaborative, and focused on winning together. We’re looking for people who love being part of a successful team, are service-minded, and genuinely enjoy helping others. High achievers, self-starters, and those with strong character and integrity thrive here.
