The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and strengthening community relationships. This role plays a key part in securing team training deals, building school and sports organization partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional member experience aligned with D1 standards.

The AGM is a leader, relationship-builder, and brand ambassador who helps translate D1’s mission into measurable business results.


Business Operations & Leadership

  • Support daily facility operations and assist with staff scheduling and coverage

  • Enforce D1 brand standards, policies, and operational procedures

  • Assist with staff development, accountability, and performance management

  • Collaborate with the General Manager on retention, revenue, and growth strategies

  • Communicate effectively with the D1 Home Office and regional leadership

Partnerships, Sales & Community Engagement

  • Lead and support team training deals and partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, sports programs, and community organizations

  • Represent D1 Training at community, school, and marketing events

  • Support membership sales, referrals, and local outreach initiatives

  • Strengthen D1’s presence and reputation within the local market

Member Experience & Retention

  • Ensure a high-level customer experience across all touchpoints

  • Assist with assessments, onboarding, and goal alignment for members

  • Address member concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Support initiatives that maximize retention and long-term engagement

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
