Compensation: $15–$16/hour base pay + commission opportunities

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
Educate guests on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options
Drive membership and retail sales while working toward individual and boutique goals
Build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members
Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
Support the day-to-day operations of the front desk with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or guest service experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and helping others prioritize self-care

Schedule Requirements

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
