ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager with Andy Torres State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Prior insurance agency experience is a must for this position. We're looking for the high achieving Customer Service team member who feels overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. If customer focus, empathy and integrity speak to your passions, then you are the team member we are searching for!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support the Agent and Acquisition team in meaningful agency growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4+ Years of agency experience- Required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly empathetic, with an ability to resolve complex situations.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to change focus when required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
