Position Overview:
Our office is looking for a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time. We’re especially open to someone looking for a schedule that fits well with school hours — this role is ideal for a parent or anyone needing a flexible, part-time position during the day.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, wants a supportive team environment, and likes staying busy throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and handle customer questions and requests
  • Provide a friendly, professional first impression for clients
  • Assist with basic service needs and support the team as needed
Schedule & Flexibility (School-Hours Friendly)
  • Part-time: 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • 4–5 hours per day
  • Ideal working window: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within that time frame
Compensation:
  • $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
