- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in flooring or home improvement
- Genuine passion for flooring, design, and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces
- Knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for strong follow-through
- Confident, personable communicator who builds trust and inspires confidence
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRMs (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and basic measuring tools
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by a performance-based role
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance (gas and mileage stipend provided)
- Flexible availability to meet with clients as needed
- Deliver a white-glove experience in the showroom and during in-home consultations
- Accurately measure spaces and present thoughtful, design-driven flooring solutions
- Grow your book of business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Create polished, professional proposals using modern tools (tablet, CRM, laser measuring tools, QuickBooks)
- Guide clients seamlessly from consultation to close with proactive, confidence-building follow-up
- Build lasting relationships while consistently achieving strong sales results
