Role Description

As an Account Manager on the State Farm Agent Team for Scott Christian, you are essential to our daily operations and the success of our customers. You will help grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career while making a positive impact on your community. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to engage actively in customer conversations.
