Responsibilities
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options and solutions.
- Develop and refine the skills required to successfully manage and operate a business.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively promote suitable products and services. - Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve targeted marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
- Effective team player with leadership capabilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License
Compensation
- Base pay $40,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Our top earners make over $100,000 annually
- Receive bonuses based on performance and agency goals
