The Stephanie Raieta State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-driven Account Manager who thrives on closing business, building strong client relationships, and driving agency growth. This role is ideal for a confident, goal-oriented professional who enjoys sales conversations, understands the value of follow-up, and knows how to turn client needs into smart buying decisions.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding the agency by proactively marketing insurance products, conducting policy reviews, and converting both warm and cold leads into long-term clients.
Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
If not fully licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 in the agency. We provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager, your primary focus is sales and growth. You will actively prospect, quote, present, and close insurance solutions while maintaining strong relationships that support retention and referrals. This is a performance-based role where results matter and success is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent sales activity
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies using a needs-based sales approach
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Resolve complex customer issues while keeping a growth-focused mindset
- Track pipeline activity and performance metrics to meet and exceed goals
- Collaborate with agency team members to support overall production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to hit or exceed goals
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence leading sales conversations and asking for the business
- Organized, motivated, and accountable work style
